Do you remember the baby
chics I got back in April? They are now starting to lay eggs, last night I got 1 pullet egg and tonight I got 2 pullet eggs.
The egg in the middle is from my old
sexlink hen she is a faithful layer giving an egg most every day. The other 2 eggs are from my pullets.
Notice how much smaller the egg on the right is compared to the one on the left? That's because it's a pullet egg, she just now starting to lay unlike the old pro, so her eggs will be smaller.
OK I am more than likely the only dork that gets excited over eggs!
LOL Hopefully next year I will incubating my own eggs. I did not have much luck this year, my duck eggs never hatched, then I got some eggs on
eBay and only one of them hatched and its a rooster. A very expensive rooster! God Bless all of you and have a good night!

Mmmmmm - I love farm fresh eggs. Nothing like the smell as that egg hits the skillet and starts to fry. Wish I could have some chickens.
